The price is agreed before anything moves — where we collect you are paid at the time of collection, and where you send it in, on the working day it reaches us.

Post it, from anywhere
Free postage for laptops, wherever you are. This is the route most people want when they search for somewhere local — the thing they actually need is not to drive anywhere, and posting solves that better than a shop down the road.
Free collection, where there is enough to justify it
Clearing an office, a server room or a store cupboard full of machines? We collect across the UK and there is no charge for it where the journey is justified — tell us what you have and where it is, and we will confirm which route applies before anything is booked.
Business clear-outs
Office moves, refresh cycles and site closures are handled as one job rather than machine by machine, with the data side agreed before anything leaves your building.
Tell us where the equipment is when you enquire. It affects whether collection makes sense, and it is one of the things that feeds into the figure.
