Before you get in touch
A few things people usually want to know before they send a message. If yours is not here, ask us directly — the form is above.
How quickly will you reply?
Messages are picked up during our opening hours, Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:30. Anything that arrives outside those hours is dealt with when we are next open.
If your enquiry is time-sensitive — an office move with a fixed date, for example — say so in your message and we will treat it accordingly.
Can I just call instead?
Yes. Call 020 3411 1951 during opening hours and we can take the details over the phone. Some people find it easier to talk a mixed pile of equipment through than to write it down, and that is completely fine.
If we are with someone else when you call, leave your name and number and we will get back to you.
Do you collect equipment?
For larger quantities we can arrange collection from your premises. For a handful of items it is usually simpler to send the equipment in to us.
Tell us roughly what you have and where you are, and we will let you know which of the two makes more sense.
I want a quote — what do you need from me?
More detail means a more accurate figure, but you do not need a full asset list to start. Type of equipment, a rough quantity, make and model if you know it, general condition and your location are usually enough for us to come back to you.
The sell your IT equipment form asks for exactly those things, and lets you attach a spreadsheet or a few photographs if you have them.
What happens to the details I send you?
We use them to respond to your message and nothing else. If you would like your enquiry removed once we are done, just ask.
